Excellent fit and value
Bought both the Fotasy and the Novoflex adaptor to see which had the better fit and finish. Surprisingly, the Fotasy locked tightly in place with no play at all, where as the much more expensive Novoflex was a tad loose. I would say the Novoflex had a slightly better finish, but in actual use focusing was more difficult due to the play in the mount. So it was returned and I went with the Fotasy. For the record I was adapting a TTArtisan 50mm F0.95 to a Panasonic S1R.

Very nice adaptor
This was very nice and easy to use at a great price and the function of using an old brilliant lense on a 6K sensor to produce amazing images is something that cannot be missed for all classical photographers and videographers.

Very good for the price
If you don't shoot with old manual lenses it is great fun. This adapter is extremely cheap, but the quality is 80% of the much more expensive alternatives and fits the mount precisely. Just as importantly, it is available now, getting L mount adapters can be a chore. Here's a shot of it mounted on my SL with a nice old Minolta 58mm f1.4. Are the old lenses as technically excellent as the new ones, no. However they offer a different look and the experience of understanding them is great. In the case of the SL camera, while there's no electronic connections (obviously) the camera guesses the aperture range used which is often accurate. Slightly off brand, but the best M to L mount adapter I could find was from 7 Artisans, now that is very very well made and cost £60.

The only thing, I wish, is that the aperture control had detents. Works great. I now use my 600mm with my Panasonic. Love the new shots. Thank You Dale theidolon.com

Working perfectly as advertised. Love my Olympus Zuiko 50mm F1.2 and Zuiko 85mm f2 on my Panasonic S5 now.

great adapter, but when I first put it on, the numbers on the lens were in the wrong place. All I had to do was used the included tools, spin the adapter around, and boom. Perfection. Highly recommended, mostly because then you get to use a Helios, which is AWESOME.

This thing works great, I use it on the Panasonic s1r with vintage Nikon lenses. On the s1r I still get light readings. It's built very well. Just note that there's no electronic connections so you have to use lenses that allow for manual focus and manual aperture adjustments.
