Q: I'm a 34 e & my chest is so heavy. is this supportive? will a size 38 fit? i'm worried the cups will be small & girth too big.

I’m a 42 but the cup size was off so I ordered a size up (44). Fits perfectly. It’s not as supportive as a wire bra but I’m not too low. I wear them for sleep and work outs. I wear wire in public. Hope that helps!

The shoulder straps still go on your shoulders however, they are softer than most and are comfortable. They don't cut into you.
