It is similar to the easy iron I used to buy in the health food store. It doesn't cause constipation as some other iron supplements do. I was glad to find this while I was avoiding going into stores.

This is easy to swallow, it raised my iron levels and didn’t give me bathroom troubles. Will buy again.

I have not yet started using this product (had to finish another brand first) but I am anxious to start this tomorrow. I bought this brand because I wanted to see if this type of iron is as gentle as they say. I also was looking for cleaner ingredients without fillers, flavorings and hidden sugars. This ticked all the boxes for me.

Easier on my stomach. Dr has me on 3 a day. I also take vitamin C along with the iron. Suppose to help with absorption. After over a week still no issues.

No more IV iron mthly. This brought up the numbers in the bloodwork quickly. Dr thought that a blood infusion would be necessary. IV was needed in ER situration, then found this. Wallet happier !!

Not additive free. The vegetable capsule is made out of hypermellose (as listed on bottle, but not in the picture here). I’m still searching for a gum/emulsifier free iron supplement as they are major gut biome disrupters.

No noticeable side effects. Seems to absorb immediately.

This is a great product. My doctor has had me on a large dose of iron for many months. I have not had any of the typical side effects of high iron supplementation
