Ideal for aquariums
After doing some research on substrates to use in aquariums, I discovered pool filter sand is supposed to be pretty good, especially in comparisson to play sand which is too fine and can break filters.It looks nice, it's a little duller than I was hoping but it is nicer than the photo. Looks good with the tank light on and I'm sure when I get some plants in there it will look great!Not done a water change yet so not sure how siphoning will go, seems like a big/heavy enough grain of sand for it to stay pretty settled at the bottom of the tank though.Had to give it a good wash prior to using it. Over all, really pleased and would buy again should I ever get an additional tank.

Very simple review.I added this to the filter. I run filter on 24hr continual cycle.Pool is spotless and all readings for microbes are safe so I guess this works..

sand gut..
der sand an sich ist gut und fein, aber der beutel in dem er geliefert wird ist sher dünn , reisst leicht und der druckverschluss geht auch leicht auf , dann ist der sand lose im karton ...

Ottima sabbia grana grossa, riflette molto bene la luce, in prevalenza chiara con qualche pezzo scuro o neroFa un bel effetto lussuoso, per dare un tono più realistico del fondo lo usata insieme a sabbia più fine.

Sehr gut aber nicht für Wellensittiche geeignet.
Ich gebe 5 Sterne, da die Qualität des Kieses und das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis echt gut ist. ABER: Die Rezensionen hier sprechen von sehr feinen Kies. Ja das stimmt aber für Nutzgeflügel. Der verzweifelte Sucher nach Magenkies für Wellensittiche wird damit nicht glücklich werden.

Sand gut, Verpackung miserabel
Sehr feinkörnig, saubere Ware aber miserable Verpackung. Versandkarton an einer Seite offen (ein paar Zentimeter Paketklebeband hätte die Firma schon spendieren können), der Plastiksack innen schließt nicht zuverlässig, Sand rieselt heraus., daher 1 Stern Abzug.
