Love, love, love this product.

Perfect for my hair routine. The quantity of vitamins packed is amazing! Has all the vitamins I already take and more that I need! Doesn’t smell back or make me sick. And works:) feel like my hair is getting soooo much better. And for this cost, I really couldn’t say no:) vitamins are getting soooo expensive these days, so this is perfect for not only skin health but for Iron too:)

I was pretty excited about these - they've got a good dose of biotin at a great price. Unfortunately, they contain sorbitol. Sorbitol is a sugar alcohol that used to be included in most low-carb candy. That's less common now, because it causes digestive issues. There's also some evidence that even a small amount can be disruptive to gut microbiota. My question is this: why is it in these at all? It's not a common filler, it's a sweetener; and these aren't gummies or chewable, they're tablets, meant to be swallowed whole. they don't need to be sweet! If you aren't someone who worries about that (and maybe you're thinking that I'm being a little nitpicky), then these offer a good dose of biotin and other vitamins at a great price ($6.23 in 2025). Unfortunately, it was a deal- breaker for me.

Highly recommend! Prefect multi for women, it has a great variety of vitamins packed in one. Collagin, biotin, keratin and so much more. I read and compare the ingredients carefully, this one is great.
