It’s sad I must give this product a one star. The product does not work my water retention and swelling of the feet was minimal and there was no results for the entire weekend.. Try any other water pill this is a waste of $28.

Over the last few months I (in my 30s) starting getting inexplicable, fairly serious levels of swelling all over, but particularly in one of my ankles. Doctors stumped. Traditional diuretics didn’t help and I was scared of the kidney damage from routine use. Tried this out of desperation and I’m very happy to say it really works. Not immediately but over a couple days. I still get swelling if I have a long day but I start off the morning with a whole lot less swelling and it doesn’t get as bad in the evenings. Huge relief. As far as I’ve been able to tell there’s no side effects. My recent lab work was consistent with prior lab work so I don’t think this is affecting anything negatively. It’s always a risk taking a supplement from the internet but I’m grateful I found this one.

I would consult a Dr. however to know the root of the cause but for the time I took these, at least there were no side effects and the pills were easy to swallow.

I like that is natural base , but it dose not work at all i finished a bottle but nothing my feet are still swalen.

I have been taking it for about six or more months now. Take 2 pills in the morning and the swollen ankles are almost the thing of the past. I appreciate the pills are not made with a lot of synthetic chemicals. They are made with natural ingredients such as dandelion extract.. I have not had any side effects from taking this medication.
