Snails arrived dead and stunk to high heaven

I ordered this a few months ago. They were tiny, but healthy and pretty colors. They have already doubled in size and the aquarium has never looked so clean. They have cleaned all of the algae off of the rocks, statues, etc. I had given up hope on it ever looking this good again. Came very well packaged. I am ordering another set before it gets too cold to ship them. I was very happy with my first purchase. Hopefully, thin one will be just as good!! :-) Update - ordered a second bunch. They arrived today, alive and healthy. Didn't get any of the pretty ones this time, but I'm sure they will still do the job. Thank and I would definitely reccommend this company.

Theyre beautiful little dudes. I wish my carrier would have gotten them to me in time. They were delivered on the 10th but didnt get to me until the 16th. its crazy to me that the 2 survived as long as they did. I've put them in the aquarium to see how they do. They looked healthy but 3 were kind of small and did not survive the travel. Theyre super beautiful though!

The big plus: the snails arrived alive and well. Genetically, it looks like I got zebra, maybe tiger? maybe horned? These guys have a lot to eat and so I am glad they are healthy and hopefully hungry, but I am totally disappointed in the shells. They are dull dark brown, and the "horns" are tiny rough nubs. No red, no yellow, just dark. Some variation is to be expected, but this is beyond that. This order was fulfilled by PingPongPower. I am updating with a better rating--the snails are not as bright or colorful as I hoped, though they are brighter in the water. However, they have been INCREDIBLE algae eaters. They have also clearly grown. Very healthy. I got some of the brighter snails from another seller, and they are not nearly the algae eating machines that these were.

Snails arrived a day late but all were healthy and active. I liked the variety.
