Not recommend. These products are great for humans but animals would likely get sick if the licked/consumed this.

I wouldn't use more then a capful. A little goes a long ways

Q: Can I use this in my hair?

I would not use it in my hair. It would make it very greasy, I would think. It takes a while to absorb into my skin, and I use very little on wet skin
