We purchased this for our unfinished basement where I exercise. Initially, I wanted to cool down the space. However, by using it daily in the hotter weather, the basement smells and feels much nicer!

I loved the product

I bought this A.C. unit and waited to write a review until it was used enough. From May until the end of Ju!y it kept two adjacent rooms cool enough in this AZ heat. But now that we reached August ( 3 months of being used) it is now blowing hot air, the plug gets hot and it throws a breaker every 15 min. Not worth keeping on and house is over 100° because it's not working properly. Not happy as now I'm going to have to buy another unit to replace this one. And yes I consistently clean the filters and keep water drained. I would not buy again.

I bought a 10,000 but init for my room and it was still hot. Only cool in front of the unit. My room is on the 3rd floor of our house. Don't know the dimensions. But fits a full bed, 50 inch tv on table, couch, 2 dressers, 15 pair shoe rack, 2 average 4 tier shelving units. I purchased this 14,000 btu unit and it made all the difference. I kept the 1st unit and put down on tge 2nd floor where it is working out wonderfully in a lesser heated environment.

Works great for my upstairs. We have central air but it doesn't cool off enough upstairs in our 1900 home. This cools the whole 1000 plus sq ft with fans to help circulate.

Doesn't deliver on square footage calculations. I have a 260 square foot space and bought the 8,000 BTU. I doesn't cool the space. Also, they don't tell you, nor show you in any of their pics, that you need to have a hose connected for water drainage when using the AC. They give you about a 3' piece.

For the money you pay for it you would think that it would run better and keep at least one room cool it worked great For a very short while when I first got it but after running it just for the couple months literally 4mths I have I've realized it was cheaply put together it makes a LOUD NOISE when the fan runs And it barely cools my Bedroom off and it's ironic that they make the return for this exactly One month this is the second AC i have bought off Amazon that has been cheap Trash the last 1 leaked from the bottom it was 748$ doller one different company still amazon this One sounds like the fans Going Out it's so loud the quality that is being put out by these companies through Amazon needs to be addressed because not only this my neighbor received a mower twice that did not work they're being sloppy it's sloppy The amount of money you spend now a days for things it should be quality do not buy this because it already sounds like it's about to break And I clean the filters regularly and dump the water but the thing about it is it's made so cheaply it's not made to last for a while and as hot as it's been it can't even barely handle the heat here in Florida Save your the HEADACHE AND 400$ UPDATE ON REVIEW they the sent a new AC and it works good blows great for now drainage issues is a real thing tho if it's humid you will be lifting an dumping it often an it's not light this is a honest review I'll update soon on the new one and how it goes UPDATE I HAD TO DRILL A HOLE IN MY FLOOR PUT THE HOSE FOR THE DRAINAGE IN THE HOLE IN MY FLOOR BECAUSE IF NOT I HAD TO TAKE IT OUT EVERY 2 TO 4 HOURS BECAUSE OF THE HUMIDITY IN FLORIDA NOT JUST THAT I REALIZE I BOUGHT A ICE MAKER FROM THIS SAME MANUFACTURER ON TIKTOK SHOP AND I realized the ICE MAKER was made by the exact same company so not only do the ACs fall apart and barely work don't buy their ice makers either because they don't work I reached out by email to them and told them if they did not reach back out to me I'd be letting y'all know do not buy anything from this brand not ice maker not a c not anything that has this brand name on it do not buy it because it will fall apart within a year I wouldn't even give it a year I had my ice maker 4 months and I had my AC less than 4 months so if you want to buy it do it at your own risk I came back in to let you guys know because I'm a truthful person they gave me a free AC yes because the one I had was super loud and wouldn't work and shut itself off but then even the new one they gave me wouldn't drain and I had to keep dumping it till I cut a hole in my floor and stuck the tube down in it I used the top hole and the gravity would not push the water down so don't let them send you that bull BS about oh use the top one the reserve one did that one first it is the make of this company how they make their products I am completely unsatisfied I don't care if they sent me a free one The fact of the matter is both of them I had to drill a hole in the floor for and then on top of that your ice maker going to shoot water to the sky and just completely stop making ice but when I send you an email to your support on your website you don't even reply but if I do it on Amazon you reply right away Make it make sense Just do yourself and save yourself a headache don't buy anything made by this company not by Amazon by the company that made this EUHOMY COMPANY ANY PRODUCTS MADE BY THIS COMPANY WILL FALL APART I BOUGHT TWO DIFFERENT PRODUCTS FROM THIS COMPANY FROM TWO DIFFERENT PLATFORMS BOTH FELL APART OR DID NOT WORK PROPERLY THEY'RE VERY ON TOP OF THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE THROUGH AMAZON BUT NOT THROUGH ANY OTHER PLATFORM
