I’ve been on my menstrual from March-May. No help from GYN (useless). Decided to use this product due to ChatGPT recommendation and it stopped the bleeding . This is a good product and I recommend, a week in and I seen a change.

It’s a good price for the product, I’m taking it to have a regular time of the month, I’ve been taking other brand so I guess this one works the same. If you plan it to take it for long time I would suggest the powder version because with the time taking 4 big capsules turns more difficult each time, at least for me. If you have problems swallowing big capsules then maybe another version would help.

Este producto le doy un 10/10 este es el 2do frasco lo tomo debido a que mi periodo era irregular y con estas vitaminas estoy regulada, son tan buenas que la dosis dice : 4 capsulas al dia pero yo solo tomo 1 y me funciona perfecto, cabe mencionar que lo ideal es tomar las dosis indicadas en la descripcion.

I usually have a great experience with Dr. Bo products, but this one wasn’t the best fit for me. The recommended daily serving requires taking several pills, which felt like too much to keep up with consistently. If you’re already taking other supplements, adding four more capsules a day can be overwhelming and inconvenient. The product itself seems well-made, but the number of pills needed daily may not work for everyone.
