My son who is very interested in his growth especially height (12 years old) asked me to get some growth supplements. Upon doing my research, it was very skeptical and difficult to make a choice. My brother-in-law got this supplement for his son when he was in the middle school. He took them religiously for a few years, and now he is the tallest out of three boys. There is no 100% guarantee in everything, but it is worth trying. My son has been taking for a little over 2 months now. He is pretty consistent at taking them everyday. People seem to notice that he has grown noticeably.

Taste good they seem to be working my 16 year old is getting taller. They seem to digest well and getting information out of a 16 year old is difficult but he asked me to reorder so I give them 5 stars.

Update: my son is now been taking us for two years. In that period of time he has grown 3 1/2 inches. He is now 12 years old. I was only giving him one pill a day. The doctor said it was fine. He went 10th percentile to now the 45th percentile and is considered average. I am a believer! Especially since he has not hit puberty yet. 2024: My son grew an entire inch from January to May! No side effects, and all good stuff in it. I am sold for sure. He went from 10% in height to 22%.

Perhaps this is fine for an adult but maybe not for kids/teens. I read the reviews and ingredients and ordered this for my 15 year old son. I couldn’t be sure what some of the ingredients really were about so I shared the label with our pediatrician. He did not recommend that my son take these because I it contains creatine and some other things that are not really identifiable as part of the “blend” mentioned. Always worth checking. Wish I had done that before I ordered them.

Im 14 and last year I only grew 2 inches; However after just taking this for 3 months I already grew an inch. I wasnt noticing it but my family and friends have noticed that I grew taller.
