Had a lot of fun ripping this set, got great cards out of the collector box!

Expensive Lottery box - more than other CBs
It seems like these boxes are very hit or miss for secondary market. My box had a borderless Ugin as the only card worth more than $20 at the time of opening. Card quality was great though.

Buyer beware!!!
Great set from MTG, but buyer beware!!!!!Amazon uses anybody to fill orders and after paying $300 for a collector box that had been sorted and resold!!!!!!!! Too bad Amazon is only worried about their $$ and bottom line!!!! 1 star because zero is not an option!!!

You like Dragons?
The title says it all. If you like dragons and Magic the Gathering, then you should enjoy this set. I say "enjoy" and not "love" is because a majority of the dragons you want are in the commander decks. Yes, you can get them in these packs but it'd be best to buy the deck (or singles) you want. Don't get me wrong, there are other themed cards in here that could see a lot of play outside of dragon decks. Cards were surprisingly clean across the board. Bought 3 boxes from Amazon and cuts were clean and zero pack stamped cards (crimped). The foiling, inking, and surface of the cards were great. Now understand, these are Amazon boxes, not "influencer/streamer" boxes. I have been saying that all of the allocated PRELEASE collector boxes shown online via stream have been for the most part, amazing. I have seen a few duds of the numerous vids I watched but all in all, ever since Bloomburrow, the boxes I buy through Amazon have not been as good as what I see prior to release date. Now, I understand I'm not going to hit a homerun on every box but I still believe the scales are tipped. For the 3 boxes I got, two were duds. I did get 1 "good" mythic in each of those and total "Sunday post release" values were barely $90 for each box. This only includes Rares, Mythics, and Special Guest cards included base or foil printings. The third box however was good. Total post release value was around $225, again, only accounting for the rares, mythics, and SG cards of any print. I did get only 1 special guest out of the 3 boxes (wasn't a land) and zero Halo foils and of course, no serialized Mox Jaspers. Now keep in mind, I did not account for the Dragon Eye land cards (1 reg and 1 foil per box) and none of the common or uncommon cards. This set monetary value resembles Aetherdrift in regards to card pricing and number of "$ value" cards release weekend. They could fluctuate as I believe the Mox Jasper is over priced for it's play value. Then again, look at "Ugin" cards of the past.... Good luck, hopefully your pulls will be great. If you're on a budget, buy singles or trade. If you like the thrill of opening packs, be prepared for a $5 skunk majority of the time as most rares and mythics are hovering around $0.70 average per card. 4 star review only for the fact of how deep the set was and so limited on anything other than Dragons. Yes, I get the name is "Tarkir: Dragonstorm" but at this price and set number of cards, there could have been more imo. Also, I get Elspeth.... thats one card. Brace yourselves for Final Fantasy next! CHACHING$$$
