My doctor gave me a genrtic test to see if I was a "non-methylator" The test did show a gene mutation that makes it so that the folic acid in my diet can't be methylated by my body. I needed to take it in a pr-methylated form in order for my body to asorb it. I started at at very low dose 7.5mcg. I've had depression/anxiety for years but no one ever thought to do a genetic test to see if I had a mutation, It's really common in the population. My psych NP raised the dose to 15,000mch/day. Eventually I'll be bumped up to 20,000mcg which she feels is a more usual dose with people with the Mthfr gene mutation. tolerate it well. I do feel better, less depressed and "moody. So I can say I like this brand and the affordable price point.I happy with my purchase and will continue to repurchase as needed.

Good value product. Naturopath put me on a combination methyl/b-12 formula after diagnosing MTHFR genetic mutation. It was a well reputed, but very expensive brand. For me it works out better to use this product in 5k dose - it’s effective, cheaper and a smaller capsule.

The physician suggested I try this and I'm glad she did, it's made a difference in my moods.

This was recommended to my son and I saw the benefits right away so I started taking it. I noticed my energy level is better and my mood during that time of the month. Great supplement!

Cant really say at this point if its helping or not but I will say same brand, same product is considerably more expensive to purchase at the one place I found locally. Will continue to purchase on Amazon. Yes it's easy to swallow, has no smell, was recommended by my doctor.
