These are very nice and at 81.35 a pair, these are a good value. The box and instructions say these are ratcheting, which they are not. They should not be either, as they are for a really heavy load, like a forklift, and so a pin is very preferable, which is what these are. They are rated for 7 tons a pair but I think that is very underrated as they are close to the design of stands which are rated for double the load. I wish they were a bit taller, but still I am well pleased. One word of caution: do not used automotive jack stands under a heavy load like a forklift or other heavy equipment. They are not made for it and could easily fail. The design of most automotive style jacks is much different and unsuitable for "real" weight. Good luck and be safe.

poor quality and half as*ed welding, might work once.
The welding was poor, the base was not square. These are supposed to be rated for 14000 lbs. I understand they are the budget jacks, but I'm skeptical about the weight they claim they can support. Im gping to try to support a school bus with them. I will update my review once I have.

Would like to return it
Would like to return it...came in a box that was not suitable for jacks. The box it came in had about 7 holes and was banged up and of course the jacks were also banged up. The end of one of the chains could not be hooked onto the jacks because the metal hook part was opened instead of closed. I thought the welding would be better, much better. I would not want to use this to support my car.
