If you are a woman of a certain age or even a man with a similar problem, this is a great product and length, particularly for night use. I am fine until my husband makes me laugh .... lots of laughs. The only downside, the wings don't come in the right place and crease up and can be very uncomfortable when you find they have stuck to you.

This work fantastic, since having kids I’ve found it hard to find the right sanitary items but these are the best towels I’ve used, absorbent, do not leak, long, no smell, stay in place.

Best Always product ever. Just really struggle to find anywhere other than on Amazon. But fast delivery so thats OK.

These are brilliant and the innovation in materials that led them is awesome. You don't notice them as much as the normal pads, they are really lovely. The amount they absorb and how despite the amount they absorb you don't notice because it keeps practically dry is extraordinary.Honestly, other than being more pricey than normal pads (only buy on sale really), if they were cheaper would 100% purchase all the time. They are really comfortable and super absorbent. Definitely recommend.

I've been using these pads for years and use to be able to get them in asda but have been discontinued (not sure really) as these are the only ones that makes me feel like I'm not on my period! I'm glad that I am able to get it on amazon but the prices are ridiculous for mother nature!!

The actual item is brilliant I have been using it for many years. However the seller only sent me 1 pack instead of 4. Not Good!
