LED Mirror Disco Ball Party Light

I ordered this for a friend's birthday and so far I love it. I hooked it up in my bedroom to check it out and it lit up the floor, ceiling and bed with little squares of rotating colored light. It has a sound motion setting, but the lights kind of flicker rather than constantly be illuminated, so I am wondering if that is how it is supposed to function. However, when I flip the switch to on, the party is in full swing. It is battery operated, it rotates and the LED's are in different colors. I think I would have preferred white LED's, but overall am completely happy with this product.

Read the description. Yes, it is small and simple. But, if you only have a small area and aren't looking to recreate Studio 54, then it will definitely do the job. Yes, it's battery operated and the chain slowly turns the ball. So, for those who say it came with a plug, you did in fact get shipped the wrong thing. I hang this in our tent with a small zip tie while camping with Scouts, so it makes for a bit of fun for the boys and their parents. A Bluetooth speaker with some Earth Wind and Fire playing and you're the talk of the campsite.

The media could not be loaded. Just received this in the mail, I attach a video of how it rotates, very cool! I'm knocking out one star because it's a lot smaller then I thought it would be. I might need to get two, they are for my mothers 70’s party. I seen the same style disco ball at my local Party City. For the price mark I wish it was a bit bigger. Hopefully the Party City price doesn't hurt my wallet. Overall gets the job done and comes as presented- just a lil small.

I bought this as a gag gift for my husband to go above the hot tub but it's actually really fun! The lights are bright and add fun color to the tub since our hot tub just has a white light in it. The kids love it too. A little overpriced, in my opinion, but I can see us getting a lot more use out of it than I initially thought, so worth it for us!

Bought this for use in a small, entry hallway to help provide directions. Note: You need 3 AA batteries that are not included. (It probably said that in the specs and I missed it. No biggie.) More importantly, I had this turned on for several hours per day during one work week, and noticed it got slower and certain colors of lights faded out as this happened. I assumed I just left it on too long, thereby ran the batteries down quickly, and needed to be more selective about when I had it going. Unfortunately, even with new batteries, this thing is now dead. Replacing the batteries resulted in about 5 more minutes of lights and turning. Literally, this thing lasted a week.I'm giving it three stars, because when it did work it was exactly what I expected. I don't know if my usage was more than intended, so can't fault the product for that. For a 2-hour mini party - it might be fine if you used it several different times a year. At such a bargain price, I doubt it was meant to run continuously over multiple days as a beacon for directions to my office. (Oops!) When it worked it was awesome, but it died WAY sooner than I had hoped.

My daughter was SO happy to get this for her birthday. All of her friends love it too! She has a big room and I have it hanging from the ceiling. The lights flash in time with music or loud people! It slowly spins and fills the room with dancing light. I just wish it had an AC/DC adapter so I could plug it in and a remote control so we wouldn't have to use a step stool to turn it on and off, but then it would cost as much as the expensive ones!!!!!
