Had these for 2 weeks now and i cant say I've seen any improvement with there flaky skin. I have noticed the hair looks healthier tho. They wouldn’t eat it the first few days so i started to give it before pellets and veggies. I find there hungry then and will try most things. So that might help if your struggling to get them to try it. After trying it a few times they started taking it whenever i gave it to them and now really enjoy them

I have 4 female guinea pigs with long coat... 2 of them came from bad backgrounds and have skin issues, after the first bag I could tell their skin have got much better... pricey but worth it!

I bought these for my two boys who have caught mites and are being treated with ivermectin, which didn’t seem to be working. I bought these and I swear their hair became so soft and they look so much happier and brighter. I haven’t gotten rid of the mites yet but I have a feeling this really helped then be more comfortable. Unfortunately, these tablets are really hard and my fussy teddy wont bother trying to eat it so I slice up one of these tablets and one of their urinary tablets (my Travis has been a bit weird while weeing recently), sprinkle a bit of critical care to bond it and pour boiling water on it. I then mix it and wait for it to cool down then I split it in half with my two boys using a syringe and they go crazy over it! I had to cut the syringe to allow the stuff to go in properly it can be difficult but when you have the hang of it it’s fine! I also supplement them with 1ml of childlife vitamin c daily and they struggle to eat that hahah. This is expensive but you do get a lot in the packet and it really does make a difference (I think)

Good as a threat.

I give this to my hamster who had sever fur loss. Some of its fur has grown back but I do not know if it is down to this product or a change in his diet!

Our boy gets 1/2 tab of these every morning and has for the past 3 months and he has a gorgeous coat! Shiny and soft! The vet and her staff are always complimenting him on how beautiful he is. I am a true believer in Oxbow and I know this has made a difference. Even the last bout of molting was pretty smooth with no uneven spots or bald patches. He also takes 1/2 tab of the papaya support (morning and night), 1/2 tab of the multi-vitamin in the morning and 1/2 tab of the digestive support at night. The dose I think is 1 tab, but since he takes different ones, we just do a half of each. And it seems to be working. He LOVES them. The second he hears the bag he’s begging. We get so many compliments on how picture perfect he is and even through his recent surgery…he had zero issues and recovered in record time. An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure!!! He gets unlimited Oxbow Timothy hay, loves the botanical hay mixed in too, and a small amount of the Garden Select pellets. He also gets two salads a day (about 1 cup each), morning and night. Spring mix usually and at night fresh herbs…spoiled. I know. But he’s super healthy and happy…I would rather invest now than with big vet bills and sadness over a sick bunny later. Just some ideas. Hope they help.
