So there's something about a peanut from Japan...it's quite unlike and so much better than USA peanuts. Pair that with a spicy sembei, and heaven! I like all 3 flavors, but the ume-shiso is the best!

I haven't eaten this for over 20 years. Umeboshi and Wasabi taste was new to me, but soooooo good. Above and beyond of my expectations!!

I bought these because of a recipe I saw on an anime that popped up during auto play. Not an anime I was fond of put the idea of fried chicken coated in the original version of these looked interesting. Really expensive to get these in the states and I did not realize that there were peanuts in them. This house is allergic to peanuts so after waiting for them it was an oh no. We can't even try this. But it was a simple enough recipe salt and peper, deep fryer, and the same old egg, flour and coating on the chicken. Except instead of bread crumbs, it's grinding up these and using that as a coating and there is soy sauce mixed in with the eggs.I suspect it would have been pretty darn good if I made them.
