Works well. The edges are a little rough cut, but it's hardened. My .270 pits it pretty good, and sure does fling it around! Make sure it's mounted securely since it doesn't have the mass of a larger plate to absorb the impact. Don't be discouraged about the putting, the .270 I load goes much faster than some more popular rounds. This would be great for things like .308 and .30-06

Will never buy another target. Saves alot of time with paper targets. Hang it and forget it.
