I bought the Hot Ones Season 27 Trio because I thought, “Hey, I like spicy food!” What I should have thought was, “Do I have good health insurance?” These sauces don’t just bring heat—they interview your soul while setting it on fire. The first sauce politely tapped on my taste buds like, “Hello, I’m here for the party.” The second kicked open the door like a WWE wrestler entering the ring. And the third? The third had me bargaining with higher powers I haven’t spoken to since childhood. But here’s the thing: they’re DELICIOUS. Each one has real flavor before the lava wave hits, so you get joy and regret at the same time—like eating gourmet fire. Perfect gift for spice lovers, people who think they’re tougher than they actually are, or anyone you secretly want to watch cry tears of capsaicin. Highly recommend. 10/10 would sweat profusely again.

I’ve been watching Hot Ones quite a bit and have been interested in trying some sauces. For me, I don’t find them as spicy as others do. But the flavors of all 3 are great!

Bought this as a gift for my son. Package itself was fine, but one of the bottles inside was broken. While I do think it could have been packaged better, I understand that things happen and I'm sure Amazon warehouse or delivery employees aren't the most gentle with packages. Even though again, the box it was in and the package it came in we're not damaged. Regardless, while the website shows a eligible return date of January 31st, it's actually unable to be returned because it is a food item. So , I was left with no way to get a refund or return through amazon. This in in and of itself is not great, but I do get that there are safety concerns with food items. So, instead, I reached out to Heatonist at their customer service line to see if they could help. You are left on hold for many minutes, only to eventually be required to leave a message. I literally tried calling them a dozen times over the course of 3 days. And not once did they pick up. I left a message for them, including my phone number, and never heard back. I also emailed them, and again have heard nothing. The hot sauces maybe just fine, but for a company that is built on a fan base, it is really terrible to show absolutely no customer service or care for your customers. For that reason, i can never recommend one of their products again. If there's ever an issue, you're just SOL i guess.
