To get more minerals, and to ensure my water was being absorbed, I used to use powdered electrolyte drink mixes. I never did find one I liked, whether it was because of excess waste (for single use packets), too much sweetener, added synthetic vitamins, or the price. It just made sense to seek out something simpler. I’ve been using BodyBio ReMineralize for the past year, and I won’t go back to the powders. I notice that I feel more hydrated with less water, my sleep and energy levels have improved, and so has mental clarity.** ** I think it’s important to note that I do not live in a vacuum, and, while I do feel better when I use the mineral drops, it’s not the only factor contributing to health improvements. Pro tip: To avoid a strong, unpleasant mineral flavor, split the 1/2 tsp recommended serving across multiple glasses or bottles of water throughout the day. For example, we keep the dropper bottle next to our water purifier, and I add 10 drops to my 16 oz. water bottle every time I refill it, which is at least 4 times a day. I’ve measured it, and it just so happens to be exactly 1/2 a teaspoon (40 drops). That said, although the recommended serving is 1/2 tsp, it doesn’t need to be exact unless you and your healthcare provider have determined you need a specific dosage. You can adjust to your needs, just like other nutrients in food or supplements.

After realizing our city water is not optimal quality, I bought and love a reverse osmosis countertop. But the water needs to have minerals put back. I tried these drops but they are not quite strong enough to replace all the electrolytes.

This is odd. I don’t quite know how to describe the taste but it makes your water feel “thick”. I didn’t even use the full amount but the flavor is pretty gross. I originally got it for my RO water but there’s no way to drink this with it without ruining the pure flavor of the RO. I have to drink it separately in a juice-type drink to counteract the RO water. STILL I do value adding these to my routine, it just isn’t being used as I originally intended. I do also wish it was clearer exactly what was in it.

Bottle has a dropper lid and contains 4 ounces. Recommends 1/2 teaspoon, 2.5ml giving you 47 servings. I use RO water filtration and typically add trace minerals back to it to replace some of the good that was filtered out. I haven't been using a 1/2 teaspoon as directed. I typically use a few, 10 or so drops which is typically recommended on other similar products. This product was a little pricey but seemed to be decent quality.

We live in West Virginia and don't trust the water from the tap is safe. Too many old, closed coal mines leak chemicals into our streams where our water comes from. So we bought a counter-top reverse osmosis machine (from Amazon) about 18 months ago. I failed to do more due diligence and recently got to wondering whether good minerals that are usually found in Mother Natures water is filtered out as well. It is unless you buy a unit that is capable of re-mineralizing as it filters. Research found these BodyBio remineralizing drops. We started using them in the last two weeks. Just a quarter teaspoon once a day is recommended. The surprising thing is that the re-mineralized water feels thicker, more smooth going down. Taste buds are different and some reviews mention a bad or bitter taste. My taste buds found sweet. I'll write about the difference in our bodies after a few weeks.
