It's very good to control mouth breathing while sleeping or doing any exercise. The gum sticks very well.but gum doesn't stick well on beard

Good fit, good adhesive, you can breathe through it incase you get a nose block in the middle of the night. Maybe a little expensive but works well. I recommend getting a nasal strip with this as well.

worst product , dont buy this. this doesnt stay on the nose even for a minute . totally useless product. not effective. not comfortable too

A bit expensive, good though as the glue isn't as harsh as what's on surgical tape, which is definitely a less expensive option.

Mouth tape is good but the nasal strips is not making any difference.
