Really unhappy with product. The shell is made of seaweed. I nearly vomited once I ingested it, I was unwell for a few hours as could not digest it. I was not aware seaweed was in the product, I ordered a flaxseed to avoid this very specific issue. Such a disappointment and waste of money.
