I’ve never left a product review before but am so happy with this vacuum, I felt compelled to share my experience.I’ve had the Eufy 11S for over two years, and it has become my favorite device. It does a fantastic job keeping my floors clean and I’ve definitely noticed an improvement in overall cleanliness since I started using it regularly.What really sets Eufy apart, though, is their customer service. Even after my warranty had expired, they proactively offered to replace the battery after it started to die in the middle of use.The 11S is quiet, efficient, and easy to use. It fits under furniture and as long as you don’t leave cords lying around, it’s very low maintenance. For the price, it’s an excellent investment, and I’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable robot vacuum!

I love this robot-vac so much that I tell it all the time how much I appreciate it. It's cut so much time from my day spent cleaning up and it even gets under the furniture where I usually can't reach! It's pretty, it takes itself home to charge in the closet and even calls for help if it needs. It would be cool if there was a mopping add-on to this product, but honestly I love it so much as is. Highly recommend. I've had it now for several months and it still works great.

I've had this for over a year. It was a present from my mother, and I can confidently say I use this 2-3 times a day because it's just that awesome. I figured if its charger has to be plugged in at all times, I might as well have it go 2 rounds. It's very quiet even on full suction, does a great job cleaning rugs, hardwood, and tile. It can't store that much filth, but it can pick up a lot in such a little amount of time. Hair, fur, nails, dirt, nails, dust, and paper are no match for this. While it's not exactly what you would need for deep cleaning, it's suction power is proficient for every day cleaning.Now, the negatives. There are other newer Eufy vacuums that are similarly priced, but have higher suction power. The other thing that's a big pain is cleaning the tires if anything gets stuck into it by accident. If you have pets that roam freely in the house, make sure you are watching them while this is running. Another issue is that this vacuum keeps on getting stuck under my recliner, and once in a great while it will stop moving and start beeping for no reason.Despite the few negatives, I've learned to live with them and still recommend this brand and model to anyone who wants 1 less thing to worry about. I can't imagine my work-life balance without this now!More context if needed:If I rotate my recliner 180 degrees, and put my dog in the crate and let this run while I'm out grocery shopping, there is a 1/4 chance that it will get stuck under something in my apartment and I will need to intervene. Another thing to keep in mind is if you have real, hand-woven Persian rugs in your home, this cannot be used on them, especially if they are silk. If they are a low height and made of a wool or wool blend, it might be used.

I have never owned or used a robotic vacuum in my life and have always been skeptical of both their cleaning abilities and their actual necessity.But after one hour with my Eufy chasing me around my 650 sq ft apartment my skepticism was dispelled and I have become a true-believer in the robo-vac concept, and have fallen in love with my Eufy!From the moment I first turned this little cutie on I was transfixed by her logical exploration of my moderately cluttered home's layout and her dogged pursuit of all of the dust, detritus, debris, and various other flotsam and jetsam I am usually able to ignore between my semi-monthly housecleaning sessions. I have a combination of vinyl flooring and a variety area rugs. Eufy took it all in stride, even climbing over a pair of slippers I had forgot to pick up.As I stood watching her work the room her path looked random, but no matter where I moved to, she was soon there also. She simply goes everywhere... under chairs, table, and cabinets, around table legs, in and out of rooms, and behind the toilet! She seemed to love making multiple passes under the bed, she circled posts and legs like a square dancer, and she somehow knew to save the room edges for last and slowed down for them. And, when told to go home, she powered down and quietly meandered back to her dock to rest up and recharge.She was utterly fascinating to watch work. But, after she had finished her first round of the house I did not know what to expect to find in her dust bin. However, when I opened it I was totally flabbergasted by its contents.I don't have a pet so I was amazed by how much hair my little Eufy had found lurking, apparently EVERYWHERE in my home! It was my hair, no other explanation is possible! Who knew?Along with the hair there was a bunch of dust, crumbs, grit, and other unidentifiable stuff that I had no clue had also been lurking in my home, apparently EVERYWHERE! Who knew?And, I am pretty sure there was a lot of my own dead skin (and the mites that love it) in there, too. Apparently we shed about 30,000 skin cells EVERY HOUR! Who knew?So, yes she works beautifully at vacuuming floors and will get to a lot of stuff that you probably don't even know is there, and that is the point, yes?Disclosure: I unpacked my Eufy very carefully and saved all the packing materials because I was almost positive that I would be disappointed and would return her after one use.....HA!How wrong I was. She's a keeper.PS: I highly recommend the "slim" models for getting at those dust bunnies that lurk under things you probably ignore.
