I use this every night not only to clean that area between my bottom lip and chin but I use the diamond tip to exfoliate and open up my skin for optimal serum absorption. This is a solid device!

Use this very carefully. Keep away from children and young teens. This is an exfoliating grinder with attachments that look more like what I use on my nails than on my skin. I have used similar products on my feet but never on my face. I think I prefer to exfoliate my face with a scrub instead of this. I will continue to use this on my feet - my toes can use this and maybe even my cuticles but to use it on my face really scares me.

This is a really nice tool for serious exfoliating. It has definitely improved my skin texture and complexion. It also removes small amount of hair, I find. Worth trying!
