This product says it includes a diffuser and it did not. I read everything very closely and it does say in the description that it includes a diffuser. There is also a diffuser in the video post for this product (that isn't even the same hair dryer in the video)

I really wanted to love this BaBylissPRO Titanium hair dryer, and there are things about it that are genuinely impressive. It’s small, lightweight, and very compact, which makes it easy to handle and great for travel. The power is no joke—the airflow is incredibly strong and feels very professional. That said, the wind is so fierce that it sometimes blows my hair into actual knots while I’m drying it, which is frustrating. Even more surprising is that despite all that power, my hair seems to take longer to fully dry compared to my old, basic hair dryer. I expected faster results, not more time. Overall, it’s a powerful and well-made dryer, but it takes some getting used to, and for me the intense airflow doesn’t translate into quicker drying. Great concept, just not quite the upgrade I was expecting.
