They really knew what they were doing when they made this blend. I don't wait till something in my body malfunctions I do a rotation liver kidneys lungs heart muscles I just do the rotation I've always focus on my brain this was a very good high quality it was a wonderful blend.

Not sure I can comment seeing as the only real way to determine effectiveness would be a Dr. visit and blood test.

I didn't feel much difference after taking them

I’ve been using this for several months and my last blood test came back with great results. Milk thistle is the main ingredient which is an antioxidant. I would definitely recommend it.
