Fantastic seeds!
These seeds are awesome. They germinate fast and grow tall quickly. I wasn't sure how well they'd do in my yard since I had to put them in a spot with just indirect sun, but they have grown up to 6 feet tall in about four months and are just starting to bloom. I imagine they would probably grow faster and taller with the benefit of direct sunlight. Super easy to plant and just leave to do their thing.

Germination Success – Gorgeous Starts Already!
I planted these Autumn Beauty sunflower seeds a little while ago, and they’re already coming up strong! The germination rate has been excellent — almost every seed sprouted — and the seedlings look healthy and vigorous. It’s so satisfying to see them growing every day, and I can already tell they’re going to put on an amazing show when they bloom. Pros: Super high germination rate Healthy, strong seedlings Fast shipping and well-packed seeds Cons: None — couldn’t be happier so far Bottom Line: These seeds are the real deal. If you want a reliable, colorful display in your garden, this is a great choice. I’ve already got pictures of mine coming up and can’t wait to see the full bloom later this season!

Nice all around
beautiful assortment of seeds. cant wait for spring. it's a great bargain for the price, IF they actually sprout. I won't know for a few more months. Also, it contains maximillian sunflower which are perennial and will not sprout until next summer unless they're planted in autumn.

Be sure to plant these at the right time and protect the sprouts at all costs
I love these seeds. They are hardy and absolutely will grow. Almost every single one grew in my garden but not all grew to be large and bloom. I had an issue with landscapers that sprayed weed killer on my garden just after I planted a different set of seeds and the entire garden *except for the weeds* died. So I had to quickly replant and used these seeds for the job. My garden is not nearly as beautiful and blooming as it was in previous years but not because of these seeds. You need to make sure you plant the seeds at the right time. The packaging will tell you when to do it based on where you live in the country, how deep to plant, and how far apart to plant each seed. I've found that the depth and spacing doesn't matter much as long as it's not super deep or super shallow. About 1 to 3 inches down will net you results. In my area (Chicago) the best time to plant is late April/early May but I tend to do it a bit early around the end of March. I have found that as long as the seeds haven't spouted yet any late season frost will not harm the seeds. If the seeds have sprouted and there's a late season frost it's also not that big of a problem as so many of these seeds germinate that it actually makes room for the strongest ones to keep growing. Unfortunately for me I hate to replant in late June/early July and only now are the flowers growing buds and getting close to blooming. Normally this pack will net me a variety of sunflowers that are up to 10 feet tall with multiple flowers on each stem but because of the late season start (thanks to incompetent landscapers) and possibly residual chemicals in the ground the biggest flowers I have are around 4 feet tall and are going to bloom in August now. That's fine. A late summer/early Fall bloom is fine with me. Anyway, the variety is great and these seeds will bloom under so many conditions. Even with the harsh summer we've had here and the abuse they've gotten from our landscapers I am happy with the results. The most critical period is when you first plant the seeds (make sure no birds dig them up because they will try) and when they first sprout. Some cheesecloth for about a week after you see the first sprouts may be a good idea and you might want to put down some cheesecloth right after planting so animals don't dig up the loose soil and ear your seeds. Birds and chipmunks seem to love these. But again, these are great and easily bloom. You don't need a green thumb for these. As soon as it's hot out just make a habit of giving them a nice shower daily so they don't burn and cut off any yellow leaves and these things grow like weeds. They're great.

Great seed germination
These were a great price. Germination was almost complete from the pkg. only 2-3 didn’t grow or grew later and ended up being way smaller. The color is beautiful. I thought it would be one sunflower but it’s many heads on a stalk. Got many compliments on the crop.

Good looking seeds
The seed bag was slightly smaller than I expected, however the seeds are healthy and there are a lot. I am looking forward to watching them grow in the greenhouse prior to planting them in my garden.

One beautiful bloom!
I planted these plate-sized sunflowers around late May (I think). A handful germinated, but only three fully developed from this packet. Growth was slow, and only one got tall (I'm 5’7”). They were short-lived, but I enjoyed the heck out of those three sunflowers! The color was vibrant, and it attracted a lot of bees and butterflies! I gave it only three stars because I expected a field of these; I will buy again, try planting in February/March instead, and update my review in 2026.

Fast Germination!
I wanted to wait before posting a review. I get my things shipped to Florida then they are sent via cargo to a tiny island in the Caribbean. I planted these in trays with a grow light. They came up almost immediately. Within 2 days I had tiny sprouts. They are very hearty. So far the ones I transplanted are doing well and I have more sprouted as I write this. I’m very happy with my purchase and will be buying more.
