Extremely Helpful and Easy to Use
I recently found out I’m pre-diabetic and have been working hard to change my eating habits. These laminated food charts have been a game changer! They’re clear, easy to read, and cover everything I need—low sugar foods, portion guidance, glycemic index info, and meal ideas. I keep one on the fridge, one in my purse, and a few in the kitchen drawer so I’m always reminded of better food choices. The lamination is great quality and makes them durable enough for daily use. I especially like how they break things down into color-coded sections—it makes it quick to decide what to eat or avoid. Whether you’re newly diagnosed or just trying to stay ahead of things, I highly recommend this set. It’s helped me feel more in control of my health.

Helpful, Clear, and Easy to Follow
I really appreciate how straightforward and well-organized this chart is. Everything is clearly categorized, so I don’t have to second-guess what foods are helpful and what to avoid. The color-coding makes it easy to understand at a glance, whether I’m planning breakfast, lunch, or dinner. The laminated finish feels sturdy and high quality, and it’s nice enough to keep up on the wall as a daily reminder. Simple, practical, and genuinely helpful for staying on track with healthier choices.

Great sheets for a quick reference guide for foods to help kidneys stay healthy
Great little picture and info sheet for those needing to know quickly what foods are good and bad for kidney health! Glad they came laminated because you keep them around food or take them shopping and can wipe clean easily. Very easy to use and durable because they come laminated.

Need help with recipes
I like the shopping lists and the page Low Cholesterol Foods to Avoid. The cards with the pictures of all the dinner options, lunch options, breakfast options and snack options are great. However, it is not very helpful without the recipe for all of the meals. Is there a recipe book that can be purchased that would help with that? Any help would be really appreciated!

Sturdy and easy to read as well as categorized for ease of use
These charts are useful and handy. They are laminated and in color. That is way better than a copy off the internet or from a book. They are nicely categorized, easy to read and if you need to explain to your partner and/or you family what you can't eat, it's nice to go over the chart with them so they can see you aren't making all this up and these are the foods you can eat with IBS (of course everyone may have a few different triggers). It can help you get used to your condition and manage it better. You will find that there is still a lot of variety in your diet and you may try some things that you never thought about just because you can get in a rut and eat the same old things all the time.

Missing lunch and dinner picture sheets.
Be aware you get exactly as pictured. There are 2 breakfast sheets, no lunch sheets, a dinner sheet that is actually snacks and a snack sheet. So basically, no pictured sheets showing lunches or dinners. The daily diet sheets are helpful as well as the other information. It would just have been more helpful to have 1 breakfast, 1 lunch, 1 dinner and 1 snack picture sheets.
