Skincare routine has been incredible after I've started using this. - skin is so soft and dewy - makeup sits lovely with this as a primer - great as part of a 4 step routine - not too sticky - soaks in to skin wonderfully - lovely packaging - great value for money - highly effective - no oiliness - hydrated skin ✨️ I will certainly purchase again and again - I hope for a larger bottle in the future if that ever will exist ♥️

Cruelty free / vegan & none of their ingredients or finished products are tested on animals. They also ensure that their suppliers adhere to the same standard., they are also PETA-certified Which is what made me try this serum as I’m firmly against any animal testing or any loophole that lets certain companies test on animals outside of the UK so hey can then say they are cruelty free which is a lie! Firmly stand with using products that are cruelty free. This serum is light weight, non oily & my skin absorbs it really well. Been using it for just over a month & Im impressed with the way it’s making my skin feel. It’s improved the fine lines & brightened my skin - just ordered my 2nd bottle!

I’m a huge fan of the byoma products, I believe the brand offers excellently efficacious products at such reasonable price points. I have now repurchased the Phyto-Mucin serum many times, because it’s incredibly hydrating without feeling heavy on the skin. It doesn’t disturb my skin which tends to get fairly oily and layers really well, with whatever products I same to layer over it.

I’ve got pretty tricky skin — oily T-zone, dry cheeks, and prone to milia — so I’m always careful with what I use. I bought this BYOMA Phyto-Mucin Glow Serum before my holiday because I wanted something that could hydrate, calm, and give a bit of a glow without clogging my skin. The texture is a clear, slightly stringy/ sticky gel, but it spreads easily and absorbs fast. It feels lightweight, soothing, and doesn’t leave any greasy residue. It gives that healthy, clean glow rather than shine. After a couple of weeks, my skin’s felt more balanced overall — fewer random breakouts and less tightness on the drier areas. It’s full of ingredients that actually make sense: Tri-Ceramide Complex, Phyto-Mucin, Panthenol, and Peptides. These are great for repairing the skin barrier and hydrating without heaviness. I’d say it’s ideal for anyone with combination or breakout-prone skin who wants a serum that doesn’t overwhelm the skin. One thing that really let it down for me was the packaging. It arrives exactly as shown online — no box only a sticker — and mine came a bit dirty, which honestly put me off at first. I get that they’re being eco-friendly, but even a recyclable sleeve or small protective wrap would help. I also took this on holiday and used it after getting a bit sunburnt. It gave instant relief and a cooling feel, but I did wake up with some dryness the next morning — so it’s not a heavy-duty hydrator, more of a lightweight everyday serum. Would I buy it again? Yes, especially for summer or as part of a simple routine. It’s one of those products that just makes your skin feel calm and healthy without doing too much and it’s good value for money.

This little bottle lasts forever and is great for the mornings. Gives great grip for makeup without being sticky. Leaves a lovely glow.

This stuff is fantastic! I've never tried snail mucin as I'm unsure of the ethics behind it, so a vegan alternative sounded ideal. I love it so much! The hydration and glow that it gives is amazing for those with dehydrated, dry skin. Due to it's light gel texture I feel this would also be suitable for oily/combination skin. Reasonable value for money, I've purchased more expensive serums that have done less than this one has for my skin so based on that I think the price isn't too bad.

I’ve been using this product daily for about a week, it’s a well recommended as an affordable product by derm influencers for radiant dewy skin. My first reaction to using it is that my skin feels plump, dewy and well hydrated - all day! You use one pump, the serum is sticky initially but once you gently pat it into your skin it absorbs in nicely, it follows with serums you use and a moisturiser to lock in all the goodness from the skin care. People may not like the initially sticky feeling. But i think this product does work well and does what it says on the tin, my skin is sensitive and i have had no reaction to the product apart from maybe 2-3 tiny weeny spots come up, i don't normally get them but despite being a lightweight product once absorbed it does really stick to your skin and I think it’s quite rich. I am going to continue using it as part of my routine for now.

The idea of snail mucin always made me shrink back from trying it, but this plant based alternative has me hooked. The texture is a bit odd and ‘gloopy’ - like you’d imagine snail mucin to be! But I just pat it between my fingers (just one pump, so it’s lasting a long time) and pat into my skin after using a hydrating toner. It’s really hydrating and comforting, and ive noticed a difference in how bright and glowing my skin looks after about 4 weeks of use.

SUCH A GREAT PRODUCT! I have tried so many different skincare products but this is one of my favorites! Leaves my skin so hydrated and glowy. Great for sensitive skin - already seeing results in my skin barrier! Not sticky, doesn’t have a smell to it, and doesn’t leave an oily residue.

I bought this Byoma product at the suggestion of a TikTok influencer and absolutely love how my skin feels when applying it. I really like the lightweight gel like lotion and it absorbs into my skin very quickly and completely making it feel well hydrated and smooth without any tacky feeling. I’m now eager to try other Byoma products as they seem to be a very good value for the money that perform well.
