Does exactly what it advertises at a hard to argue with price!
I received this product four days ago and have been using it every day since. So far it has exceeded my expectations. I have a TV with only 3 HDMI inputs and I have five media devices that I use on it (an Xbox 360, Playstation 4, Nintendo Switch, Chromecast Ultra, and gaming PC). They all fit very nicely in the back of the switch as you can see from the attached photos. The remote works quickly and accurately for switching inputs on the fly and there is an easy to see light on the front to indicate what input you are on. I have not experienced any loss in video or audio quality while using this switch, nor has there been any input lag while gaming. This is something I was especially concerned about with the HDMI from my PC as it is a 50ft cord. I am happy to say that I have had no issues thus far.The only thing I would note is that this device does not come with an HDMI cable of its own, so make sure you have one to attach it to your TV. All in all, I highly recommend this switch if you don't have enough HDMI inputs or even if switching inputs is slow and clunky on your TV. You won't be disappointed!

Power cord very loose
I purchased this when I got my new HDR TV and all was good but the power cable doesn't fit into the box very well as it's very loose and if you move it around it will lose connection and you have to jiggle the plug to get it power back on! When it works it's great but when you have to jiggle the power cord multiple times it gets very frustrating!

Works great with everything except my PS4
Works really good. No image or audio loss that I can tell.I can not get my PS4 to work with this however. I have tried 3 HDMI cables (different brands). The cables I used work with the PS3, PC, SteamLink, but when I plug it into the PS4, it won't work. I have tried the resolution adjustment on the PS4 by holding down the power button for 8 seconds, which puts it into the default mode and should allow you to adjust the resolution of the PS4. Nothing seems to work. I have also tried plugging the HDMI cable from the PS4 into different ports on the back of the switch, but again, it just won't work.Which is fine, the tv has 3 HDMI inputs, so it works fine like that. I just wanted all the cords and HDMI cables to come from one location. If I can get this fixed, it would be 4.5 stars. It lacks some features, but overall, it's working great for the 3 things I currently have hooked up to it (PC,SteamLink,PS3).The quality seems good too. If you've handled a 5 or 8 port Netgear switch, that's what it feels like.

This 4K HDMI switch is the one to buy. You'll thank me for this recommendation!
I recently purchased a different $100 HDMI switch that also does 4k HDR. (M___P____). It is finicky and often requires multiple pushes of the remote control. Plus the remote control didn't even come with the button battery (cheapskates!)This iArkPower 5 unit works perfectly, passes the full 4K HDR signal (Apple TV, Roku, Chromecast Ultra, etc.) and is just half the price, and only requires one push of the remote control button. Oh, and the battery is included!Highly, highly recommended.

Great, but with idiosyncrasies
This device largely serves my needs, but there are minor issues that I'm not sure if it's the product or my specific device. Mainly, I cannot plug my Xbox One X into one port (say, Input 1) and then plug my PS4 Pro into an adjacent port (Input 2) without the PS4 constantly blinking in and out of use. I can plug it into Input 3 without a problem, and use Input 2 for something like my 360 without issue, but it still bothers me both from an obsessive-compulsive point of view (I like to have everything lined up the same way on all my devices) and from the point of view that since I don't know what's causing it,then I also don't know what problems this could present in the future. It's just on the wrong side of annoying for me that I'm looking for other 5-input 4K/HDR splitters, but not so much that I'm desperate. It's just something about which anyone buying this product might wish to be aware.

Nice control of entertainment sources.
** This is my experience with a product. No endorsement is intended. I don't assume a seller is an item manufacturer.** This item works well for me. Construction feels sturdy. Comes with a line-of-sight remote. Changes input sources cleanly. Includes LED indicators for input being used and an on/off button although mine's never felt hot during all-day use or after leaving it on overnight.

Like a lot of you
Like a lot of you, I was looking for something that could replace my tuner since I've moved to a sound bar that connects directly to the TV. This device works great and I haven't had a single issue.
