I have flirted with the idea of starting this supplement for almost a year when I saw this one. It looks like a soundly researched combination of things. Some of which I have never heard of before. The only complaint I thought I had, unrelated to quality, is quantity. Using 6 a day makes this only a 10 day supply which is not really enough time to see results.If you look closer, this is a first phase of what the maker wants you to do. The 10-day part is a "cleanse" (hence the combination of add ons) then they say to follow two more phases to rejuvenate and maintain. Each requires it's own bottle. So, if you are not prepared to walk out all three steps this is not the way to see if adding the BLUE to your diet will help. If you are willing, prepare to buy at least the first two versions (this + another) to get to the part where you can start deciding if you want to continue. I can't say if this is the best way, or a way to get deeper into your pocket. Kind of like the old days when creatine makers would tell you to "load phase."

great customer service from this company. i had a question the night i received them and they answered my question within hours. i also appreciate the shipping packaging so they arrived in perfect condition. these capsules give me clearer thinking. i don’t have any bloating. definitely whole body detoxifying more than other detoxes. make sure to drink a lot of h2o with these. they work for me and i would recommend to family and friends. edit: on mornings i forgot, i then tried taking it in divided doses sometimes and also tried taking it at night so it seems to be able to be taken any time of day. my sleep and breathing has improved tremendously when taking it at night. edit-i don’t know how the connection may work but there has to be a connection between taking these and fat loss/more muscle definition because that seems to have improved

This product is a worthy buy as long as you do research the ingredients invovled in this. I think its a pretty great due to the fact the ingredients are what they are.Though it seemed from my research the dosage in this seems a bit high, I'm not sure if I will ever manage to get to that dosage level.Love that its made in the USA! I think it does make a difference being in a glass bottle.Also love their highly researched & proven ingredients the clinoptilolite zeolite!This will definitely make a difference in how one feels but surely results vary with supplements.

We have been taking this for a while now and have noticed our energy level has gone up and we are able to focus much better. The quality of this product is amazing! It should be in everyone’s cabinet.

I will preface this by saying that I did, in fact, take the entire bottle over the prescribed timeframe. This was before looking up the "facts" behind Methylene Blue and realizing that I should have consulted a doctor first. The reality is that even though I searched for the misinformation on this product, there was still a lot of results from people who aren't doctors, pretending to be doctors saying what a wonderful product this is. You will need to wade through these results to find the facts, but if you're going to ignore my warning and buy this product anyway, do yourself that favor before taking it.This product, like all of the Methylene Blue products coming to market today, is praying on your insecurities. It turns your urine blue/green, because it's a very vibrant blue and your body doesn't metabolize it, so it enters your bladder still in the same form as it entered your body. You'll notice that it isn't a deep green (unless you're badly dehydrated) because it isn't pulling toxins out of your body, it's just going straight through, interrupting some brain chemistry, and then being peed out. That's it. It inhibits your brain from breaking down certain chemicals, which is why you MAY feel less tired when taking it, but that's not a good thing. Your body breaks down those chemicals for a reason.
