Less expensive and better quality than the one I purchased online from a local company in Australia a year ago.

As someone who is allergic to most adhesive, I’ve been using silicone tape during a recent skin wound issue. I have tried pretty much every highly rated brand on Amazon and this is one of my favorites. Pros: -My skin usually does not react to it. I don’t react to the adhesive at all, and only sometimes have issues with the plastic backing on the most reactive areas of my skin (on days when anything even remotely abrasive, including clothing seams, causes issues). -The tape itself is pretty soft. I’ve only ever found one softer one than this. All the others have much sharper/stiffer edges. -Pretty good stick for silicone adhesive. Silicone tape in general has adhesion problems, so it’s never going to stick quite as well as regular adhesive bandages, but this one will often stay on for multiple days, and can be re-stuck if you need to lift it to change placement, or if it comes loose. Compared to other silicone bandages I’ve tried it’s right in the middle, so it doesn’t come off too easily and isn’t SO sticky that it would be difficult to use or get caught on clothing a lot. -Despite sticking fairly well, it’s gentle enough that it doesn’t tear my skin, even placing tape in the same place over and over for weeks/months on end. It also doesn’t stick too badly to wounds if it accidentally becomes dislodged and ends up over one of them. I’ve had it end up on top of a few at various stages of healing and it has never ripped off any scabs, fresh skin, or caused pain when carefully lifted off. -Pre-cut/perforated. This is one of the few brands that has perforations in the tape so you can tear off a section without needing to cut it, which is nice! Of my top 2 tapes, only this one is perforated. It is also easily cut if needed. -Seems decently breathable so I don’t get moisture buildup under the bandages (unless it’s so hot out that I’m actually sweating anyway), and if it accidentally slips down over one of my wounds, it doesn’t irritate the wound too badly (by trapping too much moisture super fast) compared to others I’ve tried, giving me time to hopefully notice and get it off the wound. -Box can double as a tape dispenser if you set it up right, making it convenient to leave out for those who are using it daily like me. I’ll try to update my review later with a photo to show what I mean. Cons: -Can lift up at times. It’s still silicone tape so it isn’t going to hold like traditional bandages. That’s just a fact of this type of product. It doesn’t come loose as often as the others I’ve tried though. -Will sometimes fold under itself if it catches on something and gets lifted a bit (like a sleeve or pants when changing/putting on clothes). This is also a problem common to ANY silicone tape that sticks well though, I’ve found, so it’s just something you have to deal with if you have to use silicone tape. The ones that do this less are the less sticky ones, which is a much bigger con in my opinion (because they don’t stay on well) so I’ll take the occasional folding edges. -Perforations are sometimes tricky to find and tear. Might just be manufacturing inconsistencies but the last few rolls I’ve had have been a little tricky to tear pieces off of. Not impossible though. -Roll is a bit smaller than I’d like. This probably isn’t going to be an issue for most people though, as I’ve been dealing with an unusually large number of bandage changes, causing me to use it up pretty fast. Misc: -This tape isn’t the absolute narrowest, but of the ones in this general size range it’s probably one of the more narrow ones. It’s still wide enough that it can be cut in half lengthwise if you need long thin strips when adhering thinner bandages, but cutting it in half likely won’t work for thicker bandages. If you plan to use it at full width though, it’s a great size for thicker bandages as well as thinner ones since you don’t have as much excess width. Not really a pro or a con, just depends on your needs.

My little one had to have stitches and since they are dissolvable, they needs to stay dry. Hands are hard not to get wet , especially when you need to wash them. Although, the dressing gets a bit wet, the stitches stay dry.

Good but doesn't stick for a long period of time.

Excellent for scars. Its glue is durable and works very well. Easy to put on and take off in the right time. It has not caused any kind of allergies and has helped me improve my appearance of the operation.
