Q: Does this offer sun protection for wounds?

Yes, I have been sun burnt around these but underneath was white at a peace of paper! They stay on great in a pool or in the ocean too!

Q: I’ll be walking all over Rome for 10 days and want to know if this can be used to prevent blisters before they happen when walking many miles a day?

I wouldn’t recommend this for blisters because the material will move. I recommend getting a brand specifically for blisters like Compeed which works very well.

Q: Can you put Neosporin on the wound before covering and will it still stick?

I'm sorry, I really don't know the answer. I will say that it will stick well with nothing under it, but I would imagine if the Neosporin used sparingly and in a small area, it might be okay.

Q: Can you warm this in the microwave?

Not sure why you'd want to warm up tape in the oven. I will not have that need.
