This worried me because this usually end up creating unexciting cookbooks. I was pleasantly surprised however because this cookbook is glorious. Fun, new, exciting, bold cooking. And a few of the dishes are from his non Michelin starred restaurant. Can’t wait to visit Cornwall to eat there Review: Excellent book. I was pleasantly surpised when I received this book. I didn't know who Paul Ainsworth was but I do now. He is a great chef and his recipes in this book are doable for pretty much most people. Easy to follow instructions, great photography. Love it...
