Awesome Customer Service
I am still using the T470 that I got new about 9 years ago so i was looking for something with the 14" screen and the nice keyboard and found it in this machine. Was very impressed with the whole ordering process, and they even answered the phone to answer my question. The laptop showed up on time and in perfectly packed condition. If you get an upgraded model have no fear, the unit comes with all accessories and paperwork as if it had never been opened to make your own. The warranty process is easy to understand and implement and their website is clean and easy to navigate, "it took me about 15 minutes to look through all the laptops available". Will definitely be a customer again.

Graphics
It only had the integrated graphics 120mb which I think should have been more or some dedicated graphics would be better for such a high spec laptop
