Worked for only a few months.
Below was my original review of the product but I feel I need to update. I have had the charger for less than half a year and it no longer works at all. Nothing has happened to it, it still looks and feels like it is brand new, but when I plus it into my phone it does not charge. It is completely worthless now.(The charger and cord both work great. It fast charges my LG G5 and the long 6ft cord is GREAT. I have no problems with this purchase and I would recommend it to anyone.)

That this cord over heats after using it for 35 days
This cord was ordered on September 22nd today is the 25th of October record has overheated and began using glue out of its end. It can no longer be returned as that expired on the 22nd of October. This cord should not be bought by anybody.

Not the most durable cable, didn't even last a year
I love a braided cable. This cable did what it was supposed to do...for a time. I bought it in July 2018, and it has lasted until now when the connections inside by the plug end have broken. Judge for yourself if that's acceptable amount of time for a cable to last. I would have preferred it to last at least a year since I bought it for its touted durability and I don't even abuse my cables. Normal usage.

Needed spare traveling cable for Google pixel phone. This one did the trick.
