As with everything of this nature, I am always skeptical but thought I would give it a try. After only two weeks I was pleasantly surprised to find that it actually seems to have reduced the size of my waist.I am about a 37" waist. At first, I ordered a Large. No way could I even get to the first set of hooks. Returned that one and got the XL. That fit okay on the third set of hooks. I wore it everyday for about 8-10 hours a day. It was not uncomfortable at all and after a while I even forgot I was wearing it.By the end of the second week, the belt started feeling a little bit loose. It was then I began thinking "could this possibly be reducing my waist size?". For several more days it remained feeling a little loose so I decided to try the Large again. It came yesterday and I was able to hook it on the first set of hooks with little effort. Wore it for about 4 hours yesterday, put it on today and doing up the hooks was even a little bit easier.As of now, I can say I am most pleased with the results of this product. It has also helped by chronic back pain and improved my posture a bit. Is the apparent reduction in my waist size permanent or just a temporary result due to hours of compression? I will have to see. The compression is not uncomfortable so I will be wearing this for at least the rest of the summer. After that, I will forego it for a while to see if my waist stays trimmer or not.I only have two gripes with this product. First off, does it have to be black? That can often be seen through light weight, light-colored summer clothes. Is it not possible to offer this in white or beige also?Secondly, depending upon the shirt, sometimes the outline of the hooks is visible through clothing. I don't think there is much that can be done with that in the product design without adding even more material to the belt. What works for me is if I turn the belt to the left, so that the row of hooks is almost under my left arm, it is much less visible, if at all. (I imagine the same would apply turning it to the right as well.)I plan to report back with an update in several months but for now I am one happy customer who looks trimmer in his clothes and physically feels better. What a pleasure to find a product which actually seems to do what its description promises

It fits excellent. I got it a bit smaller than my current pants size for obvious reasons as I wanted to shape my waist to be smaller. It was a bit weird to put on at first, but then I found the trick. Start by the bottom and suck in that belly!!! The price was right as well. As I anticipate having to order the smaller size once I grow out of this one. I love how the tightness is controlled by the 3 levels. The old school wrap-arounds with velcro, you cant get same feel every time.... so this product is ideal. More controlled shaping.Thank you so much. My wife is also going to be ordering one as well. Great product. Would recommend for sure.

Excellent quality, neoprene rubber not too thin with tiny hooks in the font to latch it, but I just pull up and down instead. Lucky to have a smaller thin elastic I have had for years since this helps. Wow, I work in it and come out of it with nice sweat all around my middle. Feels good, comfortable in all movements. Did poke a finger hole at one seam in early attempts getting it on, but I am confident it will last or I will get another one with what I have learned. Only a few days use, but I feel the change starting to happen. Doesn't come with any use manual or tips... so go into it slowly until you find your way.I was starting out not heavy fat stomach, using other rigs over a couple of years, so do be careful. If you start feeling uncomfortable... take it off and put it on an off until you start feeling okay with it and this is a tip for any of these devices.Oh... and there are three sets of hoops for the hooks so you have some working space to improve. I thought this was very clever. Front has a bit of a rise in the middle that fits comfortably and nicely with your ribs.Final tip...It doesn't have to be extremely tight to work, start out in the large settings. Buy the right size. If it doesn't work then order the next size that might and let amazon take the other back. they are cheap enough. It' worth it.Oh... and yes... if you are wanting to tune your stomach and all, maintain a trimmed diet as well. And... exercise... exercise. Don't have to be extreme, just set up simple routine exercises. Body build if you are after body builder style, I just want trimmed down waist and I am starting to get there.

The one that I got works great and it feels awesome. This is my first waist trainingbelt and I though it was going to be itchy and that it will irritate my skin along the border from friction but it didn’t. I been using it for 2 ½ weeks and it already help me loose 2 sizes. Now I need a smaller one because I am on the lastsize that the large offers. The hooks never came undone even if I am doing crunches and/or jumping.

Revised...Great waist trimmer and company has great customer service. The best!!!I ordered a medium since I have a 33 waist but this thing isn't even close to fitting. I don't know anyone with a 36" waist that can fit into a medium. I don't know who gave someone that advice on a previous question... but that's insane! If I lay of the floor and have my wife stand on top of me I can even get the first set of hooks... I'm going to order an XL and see if that even comes close to fitting... or I might go with another brand. Really really disappointed.

Wait till you have to secure all the tiny hooks that fasten this sucker in place! You will literally either have a nervous breakdown or dislocate your shoulder. Nothing makes the process easier or less frustrating. Once you get past that issue, it’s a rather well constructed body shaper which provides enough support without being too stiff. Sizing can be tricky. I had to get a size up versus a size down which was recommended by a lot of reviewers. No matter the quality, if you’re a person who has zero patience for struggle, then avoid this item at all cost because the tiny hook fasteners will drive you absolutely nuts. I’m not even exaggerating - putting this thing on is a complete nightmare.

The product was as described and I fitted into it well. It has 3 stages so each time your waste shrink you clip into the 2nd row or 3rd row of clips. It all went well and I was on the 2nd row of clips and my waste was shrinking until I started to get a discomforting pain from the metal strips on the left and right hand side which started to dig into my left/right rib and in the left/right lower abdominal area (The metal strips are sewed into the product keeping the product upright) I was left with marks in those areas and I have not been using it for the last 2 months and the marks remain. It as good whilst it lasted. Shame for those metal strips.

Do not buy this product as the design of this product is left to be desired and left me with permanent bruising and scarring.Seller authorized me to return the product and refund me accordingly, only to renege on his promise.

Way, way too small for an Aussie man. I’m a small woman and it didn’t fit me either
