Results after stopping and starting again
After taking these for a couple weeks, I definitely noticed that I had more energy. Not weird, crazy energy, just normal, clean, feel good energy. Sometimes I would take 2 pills a day (recommended) and sometimes just one a day. Fast forward six months. Apparently, I forgot about the energy thing, and I stopped taking them. Well, within a few days, I was dragging. My daily naps started up, and I just didn’t feel the energy like I used to. I started them up again and 2 weeks later I’m feel in better!

Improved sleep, finally!!
I never review supplements mostly because I take them and hope they’re actually doing something useful. However, this supplement is the real deal. I bought it because it’s supposed to be good for overall health but the main benefit I noticed immediately is that I sleep SO WELL. If I wake up in the middle of the night I immediately fall back asleep. This hasn’t been the case for me since, well, I have no idea how long. Usually I toss and turn for hours after waking up in the wee hours and might get to sleep again before my alarm goes off. Not since taking this supplement, I feel like my teenage boys; like I can sleep soundly all night. After only 2 nights I’m a believer! I’ll be subscribing to this for sure.

6 Months, No Change
I purchased and subscribed to this in the fall of last year and took it daily. I was hoping for improvement in my memory/cognitive functions but saw no difference. Will complete that last I have and start looking for something more effective for me.
