I’ve tried a lot of BCAA powders, and this one stands out for both taste and effectiveness. The Rainbow Berry flavor is smooth and not overpowering. It’s not too sweet or too sour, which can be a problem with other brands.It mixes easily with water without clumps, and I didn’t notice any gritty texture. I like that it has zero sugar but still tastes good. I drink it during my workouts, and I feel steady energy and less fatigue, especially on longer sessions. I also noticed less soreness the next day, which made recovery easier.The only downside is the flavor might be a little strong if you use less water, so I recommend mixing it with a full shaker bottle to balance it out.Overall, this is a solid BCAA supplement. Great value for money. I love taking BCAAs for recovery & my son has recently just jumped on that train. He wanted to pick a fun flavor & he loves it. It is a bit on the sour side but nails the flavor. It dissolves easily, seems to do the job & doesn't give off any jitters.

I should start by saying, some will find this mix perfect. The following is just my opinion on the flavor, not the results.XTEND Sourheads powder works fine for hydration and recovery, but the flavor is way too bitter unless you really dilute it. I like to use just a little water and chug, you can't do this with this flavor really. So if you use 6-8oz it's fine, just not as versatile as other flavors for a 2-3oz chug.
