No side effects. You spray it on and fall asleep. It's not immediate but there is also not a noticeable moment it kicks in, like you get with a sleep aid. You just slowly relaxingly fall asleep. You wake up feeling like you slept all night.

I have now purchased this product twice. I spray in the bottoms of my feet and on the backs of my leg and lower back before bed. I have restless leg syndrome and I swear this helps relax me and not get so bothered by it when trying to sleep. It may be in my head but I’ll take it!!

I had to repurchase it, it’s that good. Helps me achieve a fantastic sleep. I like to spray it in my legs and arms, does sting, but that just means it’s working. The more you use it the less it stings with time. Just don’t spray it on cuts and scratches, found that out the hard way. Definitely do recommend. Buy it, buy it, buy it. Its part of my night time ritual.

LOVE! Great product, price! Helps me sleep at night. The smell is not overpowering. It is a little thick when you spray it...much thicker than the last one I ordered (different company). But overall, I am liking it.

This stuff works the charlie horse right out of my calf muscles. It also helps me sleep when I spray my feet with it before crawling into bed. The smell is nice and not overwhelming.

I am obsessed with getting great sleep and have been sampling various supplements and products over the past 10 years or so.I always sleep well and enjoy vivid and interesting dreams when I use the spray! I give five or six sprays on each foot and give myself a mini foot massage so that it absorbs well a few minutes before bed. I experience better quality sleep every time I use this product and highly recommend. Plus, it comes from Great Britain. Everything from Europe is so much better in terms of quality as they are committed to supporting the health of their citizens by not not allowing toxic substances in their food products and so I trust the quality of this more than I would a similar product coming from a country outside of the European Union/the United Kingdom.

The spray smells very decent and relaxing. If you have decreased levels of Mg, the skin might be itching a bit after the few first applications. Relaxes muscles and after massaging release pain! Very satisfied!
