The supplier reached out following my original review (below) So at least you know you will get support from this supplier. Firstly, this case does offer excellent protection and the finger print sensor isn't affected. The reason for 3 stars is that the kick stand is nearly impossible to open with fingers and the sliding cover for the lenses is also very tricky to slide open. I had similar cases for my previous S21 and S23 and they had no issues.

Fantastic product. Probably won't ever use the belt clip. Easy to install, choice of with or without privacy screen and can swap between if necessary. Only thing is there are 3 peel off stickers that say "Guide sticker" and no explanation as to their purpose. When fitted the case does not make the phone look overweight and cumbersome like other cases I have tried. Definitely worth the price tag and also has lifetime return guarantee (easy and quick registration required). UPDATE - after nearly 2 months use the stand on the back has broken. I had been careful using it it as it was flimsy at best to begin with.

Very poor, the protective screen doesn't work for fingerprints what a shame because it's a great case apart from this issue

This case is made of good quality solid plastic and definitely feels it would protect my new phone from accidental drops -which it already has. Attaching the belt clip makes it very chunky and large. Easy to fit. Feels solid and well protected. I liked the idea of the privacy screen protector and it's great in that respect. The decent screen bezel means there is a decent space between the screen and most surfaces that my phone might be dropped into. So i expect that it to be decent in protecting my screen from standard drops assuming no debris. My biggest gripe is like many people have already commented, the fingerprint recognition doesn't work 99% of the time and that's even with the fingerprint recognition sensitivity on max and pressing down hard on the screen. So I always end up having to use the pattern method to unlock my phone which is not great especially when my important apps all require fingerprint recognition to log in! TBF, I've read many reviews from different screen protector products that all complain about the same issue. My other complaints about this case is the camera protector and the lack of protector for the S pen corner. The camera protector has slid open on 2 occasions when I accidentally dropped my phone. Thankfully on both occasions it was indoors and fell into a flat surface so there weren't any stones or debris that could've damaged the camera. A similar issue with the S pen at the bottom of the S25 ultra, on 2 occasions when I dropped my phone, the s pen popped out of it's space. Luckily I noticed it and popped it back in but I could have easily not noticed had it fell out. It would've been better to have a protector cover on that corner rather than an uncovered hole. All in all, the best of the bunch but improvements needed.

Très satisfaite. La coque semble solide. La mise en place du cadre avec le film est très facile. Pas une bulle d'air. J'ai réenregistrer mon empreinte comme préconisé bien qu'elle a été reconnue sans souci tout de suite après la pause. Le cache caméra arrière fonctionne parfaitement. J'ai un léger doute sur la béquille à l'usage car la charnière semble fragile. Le clip ceinture est trop gros à mon goût mais il est facile à mettre, maintient bien le tel et la pression de la pince est bonne.

The case finds fine. But the supporting arm at the back is so delicated which was troubling from the very first day of usage and within a month it got damaged. Seems like it's made so purposefully.
