One of the two lamps failed in just 2 weeks. The internal driver was burnt with visible damage. The seller refused any help, saying there’s no warranty—shocking for a new product! Extremely poor quality and zero accountability.There was no mishandling, overloading, or improper use on my part. Both units were connected under standard conditions, and clearly, this points to a defective or poor-quality internal component. I brought this to the seller’s attention, but he denied any warranty or replacement support, despite the product being so new. I expected better support and reliability for a product sold on Amazon. He was blunt and denied taking any responsibility.I’m currently handling the repairs myself, but I’m sharing this review to inform others. If you prioritize reliability and long-term value. Avoid this seller at all costs.

The product is good design wise. But performance is very poor. It’s not bright at all. Even Two lights on both side of the mirror are not enough to illuminate your face properly. The rods have a consistent spread but not bright enough. Two of the three colours are too dim to even use. I recommend you buy such lights from a good local store then online.
