Q: Does this have a ptef coating or something similar?

No, Salt Terminator does not have PTFE coating.

Q: Does it destroy sea water pumps? or needs to be pumped in after the pump discharge?

It will not destroy the pump. It neutralizes the salt in the system. I apply it through the flush fitting and do not rinse it. I have used it since my boat was new (17 years) without any negative effects.

Q: How do you flush an outboard with it?

There are so many types of outboards that one simple answer wouldnt do justice. The challenge is too find a way to to run the mixed solution thru the cooling system. To fill a barrel with solution and run your motor in that would be prohibitive. There are mixing units that meter a predetermined solution and can spray the mix on surfaces. If there is one that can deliver the mix thru a hose connector then most outboards could be run and flushed, for example Yamaha O/Bs with hose connector. Hope answer is useful.
