The janitorial cart is easy to build if you build and fix stuff for a living like me. However if you do not, the instructions are not that helpful. Outside of that, my main issue was the packaging. The screws and tools were spread out at all over the bottom of the box, NO bubble wrap, NO bag for the screws and key and the lid for the trash bag was damaged. I would return it but were running a business and I needed the product asap.

For the price of this item it arrives with package so damaged. The product itself is okay but is cracked in some spots due to poor packaging. Product is lightweight and fairly large. Rolls from room to room nicely. Assembly was simple, I am disappointed on the way this product arrived better handling and packaging is a must for a product of this amount. I need this for work and it is cracked in serval spots but functions well. I would not recommend for this price look for a product of better quality.
