Delighted with my new neck, shoulders & back shiatsu massager. In fact it can massage almost any area of the body satisfactorily because it is easily manipulated to different areas by use of the arm loops. It is a well made quality item and functions surprisingly well which, for the price, is a pleasant surprise. It is very portable so long as you have a plug nearby. The flex is sufficiently long at approx 2 metres in length. It does come with the right plug fitted. The only slight con might be that its arm loops might be made for somebody with much shorter arms than the normal European. But, once you get used to the shortness (and it appears to be non adjustable), it's fine. My son put his eyes up to heaven when I said "try it". He did & after grappling briefly with the short arm loops, he announced that it was really good and gave a very pleasing neck massage. It has heat (that should be very nice in winter) and three different speed levels. It seems to go both ways in the massage but it has a reverse direction button too. It appears to be able to be used either way round (zips up or zips down) - puzzled me to start but I have tried both and it works great whatever. I have not yet tried it out in the car but it comes with cigarette style charger, so I look forward to trying that next long journey I'm taking. Happy out. I am liking this multi massager to iron out the knots in my shoulder muscles. It does not work on battery, it must be plugged in.

Initially I thought this was a great item, everything was working well & it was really helping with my neck pain but sat down to use it tonight because I'm achy & it's completely dead. I'm so disappointed. I've only used it 3 times!

My shoulders constantly feel like I am carrying the world, i'm always so tight and bundled up. I read the reviews and all seemed positive, so I took a gamble. Out of the box it feels fairly heavy and a good quality, I loved the heat setting and the fact you can change the rotation of the massage heads. It was really easy to use, but I will say the power cord could be slightly longer. Overall, I have used this 5-6 times now and I feel so relaxed after, I can feel the tension leaving my body. It worked brilliantly and even my mom has enjoyed having a little 10 minute break at my house.

4 stars but will maybe up to 5 stars as i have just received it. It takes a little to understand how to use it moving your arms away from each other seems to make it a slightly milder massage , but when you pull it tighter with the arm pieces it can get very intense. Sadly i think i have muscle damage, and it could take a while to recover, 2 weeks of intense pain so i bought this, yes it is nice but i don't know if it is helping me, i will see if i sleep tonight. Otherwise, the compression shoulder bandage is coming tomorrow.

Seems okay for the massage side of things, but the heat portion is non existent for the one I’ve received. It’s basically a red light, no heat coming off it whatsoever. It’s a shame as it would have been nice to use it for my neck with the heat. Probably best looking elsewhere if that’s one of the reasons for purchase.

I had been looking at this for a little while and read the positive reviews. I wasn't sure it would be as good as what everyone said it was but I was wrong! This is really good. There are 3 intensity settings but I find the first one to be the most relaxing. You can adjust the intensity yourself as well by how much you pull down through the arm straps, although you don't have to do this hard! It really does massage well and for anyone on their own that doesn't have a partner to give neck massages after a long day, this is ideal, if not better! It really does help with neck and back tension. I didn't think it would be particularly great for the money as it was good value but was pleasantly surprised. Definitely worth a purchase! My only criticism if I had one is that the lead isn't very long so you would need to sit near a plug socket or you'd need an extension cable. Other than that, it does what you'd it want it to.

The item gives a firm massage and even after one application I can feel an improvement in my stiff neck.

checked it out and seems very good on neck and shoulders, also good on back but not as strong, i will update at a later date, i left only 4 stars because delivery was supposed to be last thursday but was delivered the following wednesday, i do not know why[amazon or an post at fault]
