Something about the sweetness combined with the not too overpowering menthol of these, calms me down when I am having an anxiety attack, they help me feel like I can breath when it feels like my breathing reflex is paralyzed. I have been known to nearly pass out when having anxiety because I was unable to breath. These are also really great for sore throats, and I get at least two or three per cold season.

The product is great! We like it better than any cough drops we have tried, and we’ve been married 66 years. It is somewhat pricey but worth it in the long run. There is a long delivery time, so it’s important to order before we run out.

I really can't complain about these cough drops. We used to use a honey/eucalyptus/menthol variety from another brand, and I thought those were ok. They tasted like, well, medicine. And medicine should taste like medicine, right? Meh. I have 4 kids, and 3 of them really appreciated these from the beginning. One of them complained about the taste all the time. During COVID, these cough drops were in short supply, so we had to fall back on the aforementioned cough drops. All 4 kids hated them. I snagged one to see what they were complaining about. After being spoiled on these Ricola drops, I see what they meant. The taste is almost like a good Angostura Bitters. It's herbal, slightly sweet, but also rich. It's unlike any other flavor I am aware of, but after using these for so long...they just taste like relief.

I have ordered this product several times and it claims to be a 2 bags of 130 drops in each bag. The bags I received today only have 105 drops each. Because the zip lock seals on some bags haven't worked, I've kept older bags with good seals. They are labeled 115 drops. It appears that I haven't been getting my money's worth for at least three orders of this product. The bags I received today didn't even have zip locks. I will keep them only because I didn't realize the lie until after I'd opened one bag. In future, I'll be getting Hall's products or some other brand that lists the correct quantity in the product description. Shame on Ricola for continuing to list a quantity of 130 and shorting customers in every order.
