This is truly a great product: tasteless, easily soluble in water and of a great quality. I have been ordering it for 3 of 4 years yet for the last 6 months or so, Amazon has been shipping it without *A N Y* packaging. They just put a shipping label on the original foil wrap. The original box is rather fragile as it is not made of a thick cardboard, so it arrives smashed, deformed and often torn. I am all for saving trees, yet it is a $40+ item... unnecessary headache for both Amazon and the buyers

*UPDATE* After writing the review below, I was contacted by the company. They reached out to let me know that the clumping issue I was having can be solved by adding the collagen powder FIRST to the cup, then add the liquid, to avoid clumping. IT WORKS! So, the only problem now is if these are great for travel, which they are, of course, then you’d have to get an extra cup to be able to add it to your coffee. But, that is much better than the clumps! Thank you to the company for caring enough to reach out. I love the fact that they are in individual packets for travel ease, but they don’t dissolve as easily as my daily marine collagen. That brand doesn’t have individual packets, and you definitely don’t want to have a bunch of white powder in baggies in your luggage, unless you’re aching for a cavity search. The powder doesn’t mix well, and gets all clumpy. The taste is fine, but if it’s a pain to mix, I won’t use it, especially when I’m traveling. So, unfortunately, I’m not a fan, and I won’t be purchasing this brand again.

This product very easily dissolves in hot or room temperature liquids. It takes cold beverages fairly well, but needs a little more shaking. I purchased a shaker cup with agitator with great results. It is flavorless, odorless, and does not have a detectable texture like other mixes do. I have noticed a difference in my skin and healing time for cuts or scrapes. My nails are stronger (my job prevents them from being much longer), and I can report a slowing in my hair falling out. I prefer the marine-based versus the cow or pig based. It upset my stomach and I don't eat meat normally, so marine-based is a great option for me. Very happy with the product and will purchase again.

I mix this in everyday with my plexus drink. It doesn’t have any flavor so it can be mixed easily with anything. I started taking it with hopes of strengthening my fingernails and hair. So far I haven’t seen any change and it has been 2 months so I’m not sure it does anything. Will keep waiting a bit longer.

No taste, little bit if a fishy smell, but very easy to drink! I use it with another veggie/fruit super juice and am feeling sooo much better afterwards! Yes, I feel my face, skin may be healthier, but I noticed my stomach feels less "rumbly" from constantly using the collagen with large drinks. I feel better, like overall. It may just be the added hydration, or additional vitamins, but I really, really do like these sticks for use with my daily vitamin regimen. It tastes good by having no taste at all, and cannot be causing any more harm than the many collagen filled facial products I use (constantly) could, or my energy and vitamin drinks! I am only 42, but being healthy NOW is a legit concern, and these packets have sold me completely. I am ordering another box, if that says anything about this product. Overall, I feel it's a very solid product! Thanks.

I have tried different brands of marine collagen over the past few years. They were either ineffective or too fishy in smell. I came across this product on amazon web site and thought I should give it a try just like others. Though this product says "flavorless", it does have a very slight "fishy" taste which does not bother me at all. My skin started to look more smooth and supple after a week of taking this product. I recommended this product to friends as well and they love the result as well. I just ordered a 17.6 oz to use at home. The packet is good for traveling.

This was the first time I ordered collagen and I researched many companies before choosing this one. I am a vegetarian and do not eat fish, so the decision to get marine Collagen and not a vegetarian collagen booster was very difficult. However, I decided for my circumstances it was important for me to get actual collagen and not a product that would boost my body to produce it. This company gets their fish near Iceland and processes it in an all fish facility in Canada before shipping it to the US for packaging. I know some reviewers have complained about clumps. This is how I have been mixing it with the most successful least clumpy results. I've been mixing with tea. First put the collagen in the cup, then pour some but not all of your hot water over the collagen. I then use a fork as a whisk to stir and I stir rapidly. The collagen will become frothy and clumpy, keep stirring. Once it's no longer frothy pour more hot water. This will help to reduce the amount of clumps. Stir again. At this point I add my tea bag. There are usually only 2 or 3 tiny clumps at this point. After I've let the tea steep for the regular allotted amount of time, those clumps are completely gone. The first time I used this I was completely disgusted because as a vegetarian I was eating fish. I do not find the smell of the powder pleasant. However, it's been almost a month now and I have gotten used to the smell and my disgust. It is pretty tasteless too. I've noticed a clear difference in my skin, hair, and nails. I had good nails already but they are much stronger now, my hair is shinier, and my skin is noticeably softer and tighter. I've also noticed that some of my fine lines are becoming fainter. I will keep purchasing from this company and am overall very happy with their product.
