The product itself is fantastic. I love this decaf chai concentrate. Great flavor, easy to mix. The only reason this is four stars instead of five is that it was packaged poorly and the carton got knocked around in shipping. It didn't rupture, thankfully, but it was a near thing. That said, if you like chai and want something without caffeine, the Tazo decaf chai is a great choice!

Really delicious a d easy to prepare

I don't let my kids drink caffeine, but my 14 year old loves this stuff. It's hard to find in our grocery store, so I'm happy to be able to get it here. Not too sweet and can be mixed at whatever concentration is best for you. Super yummy with coconut milk!

I can no longer drink my beloved Bakti because I’m not allowed caffeine. So I’ve been looking for a replacement.This is good but it is quite sweet. I do want some sweetness but this seems a bit too much. I also wish it was a bit more spicey. I do like the taste and overall it seems fine despite being decafAnyways it’s an option but I’m still searching for the perfect decaf chai latte.
