This chair worked very well for a family outing where portability and ease of use were important. It was lightweight, compact, and straightforward to assemble, which made transporting and setting it up simple. Charging was easy, and the controls were responsive and manageable for an adult assisting from a standing position. We used it during a trip to see holiday lights, and having smooth control from higher up made navigating crowds and paths much easier. The overall design feels practical and thoughtfully laid out for short outings or special events where mobility support is needed. It helped make the experience more enjoyable and accessible without adding unnecessary stress.

Purchased this a few months ago for my Autistic Adult son who is unable to use the joystick control. Turn off the power and you can use it like a manual chair. Eventually have adapted the chair so that it becomes a comfortable transport chair with the joystick controls moved to the handles in the back so that caregiver can control the chair. Have had some wonderful all terrain walks now with my son and don't have to strain to push a manual wheelchair. The chair is lightweight. Can be folded into the truck of my medium size SUV. Smooth ride and the battery charging is easy. Battery seems to last a long time and have not had limitations on range. 4 different speeds for your comfort and pace of walking behind. Very easy to control the chair. This is a lifesaver and very affordable as medical wheelchairs are bulky and very expensive. Purchased a few additional items on Amazon such as the EasyPushBar and a Taisioner Double super clamp mount. Only adaptation is to unscrew the 2 screws holding the joystick to the bar and reverse the direction of the joystick and attach it back to the same rod. Now clamp this joystick to the handles of the chair and you can control this chair from behind.

I bought this for my mom and she loves it first thing I’ll get out of the way it’s not to comfortable if you don’t have a seat cushion it’s pretty small and tight so it’s easy to take places shes 6,1 and fits in it well so if your thinking about it for a taller person they should be fine it’s is kinda heavy but it’s not to terrible functionality wise it doesn’t do the best on carpet you have to turn up the speed and by the time you get going it’s way to fast so if you have a lot of carpet I probably wouldn’t recommend it it does great on concrete tile floors and light grass the weakness of it is hills and inclines if your looking for ramps you need a long slow incline or you have to turn up the speed and fly into whatever your going towards the build quality is decent we will find out as time goes on the battery last about 3 days of in house driving around still has battery life left will make it around the grocery store and parking lot but they don’t make buying another battery easy so that is a bummer over all I recommend it for houses with wood/tile or for traveling it folds up nice and the battery is decent just wish they’d make getting a second battery easy so you can carry a spare on long trips

My name is Mary. I bought this wheelchair from the company and I’ll tell you the company has been fantastic. If you have a problem with it you could just get a hold of them. They’ll replace the part and they return a message overnight. They tried to help you as much as they can possibly do it. Fantastic company to work with and their customer service is great. I am handicap and the chair is very comfortable. Very easy to use I use it on carpet and on tile very easy to move around. Also, I use it outside and the wheels are awesome. You can go over a rough train on the grass on the sidewalk and it is meant for the use. You can also use it on upgrade over door j saddle, number one chair in my opinion

Wheelchair After a long awaited holiday week, we decided to take a trip to Reno with my mother-in-law. She’s in her 80’s and has been living with a broken back for a few years now, so mobility isn’t the best for her. After just the first day she was struggling to even walk to get back to the room. This lady LOVES the casinos and this devastated her. When we got back home I found this wheelchair and got it for her for Christmas. She is stubborn and didn’t want to use it, but of course everyone else had to try it out when we got it. Let’s just say my brother in law wanted it for himself. It was actually really easy to maneuver and works outside for us as well. If she wanted to go outside to go to the shed, she has to traverse across gravel and dirt. At least this way she can use this to ensure she doesn’t slip and fall. When it comes to driving around in her house, well, a normal person‘s house it would be perfect. However, hers is a very tiny as you can see in the video. But it’s perfect for her and what we need. It was very easy to put together too. If you think you’re missing something, check the back pouch. And yes you really do need those wheelie bars if going full speed! 😂 I’m for sure keeping it in the lower speeds until she gets familiar with it. And for the safety of others.

Battery dies too fast. Used at full charge for about 2 minutes from my car to a building. Turned it off and left alone for less than 2 hours. Used it again to go 0.2 miles to a different building on a flat surface. Then the battery died as soon as I entered the building. Usually it’s always plugged in at home when not in use, so terrible battery quality. Found out 1 day after returns cut off unfortunately, since it’s rarely used for short distances maybe 1000 ft or less. Bought it for being cheap but should’ve remembered, “Buy it nice or buy it twice”

Super loud and not very smooth. Makes creaking noises and seat is only held by canvass and screws without washers so the hole made in fabric is already ripping after 2months of use. Gets stuck alot on outside activities like side walk and won't go into normal doorways which makes it hard to use alone. Doesn't drive straight exactly always tries to go to the left or right and have to move joy stick to correct which causes some jerking not good for spinal pain. Other wise works great charge stays good for long time and is very light weight to use in trunk of car. Daughter uses it when we go out. Hope this is helpful.
