Cheap quality , resistance is next to non , hard to wrap it around bar for more resistance work outs and it’s very short bar . I ordered similar one of shein and ended up being same one but for 4.57euro so I’m guessing the bag cost 16.5euro.

Great quality for price. Only bit of slight criticism is that the cords could benefit from the ability to shorten, feels a little loose on certain movements.
